  4. Remove the pan from heat and let the spinach mixture cool.
  5. Once cooled, transfer the spinach mixture to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  6. In the same pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

  8. Add the ground coriander, cumin, turmeric, paprika, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

  10. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
  11. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
  12. Serve the Saag Paneer over rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
