Preparation:

- Add the pureed tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the ground coriander, cumin, turmeric, paprika, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the mutton to the pan and stir to coat with the spice mixture.
- Pour in the yogurt and stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let the mutton simmer for 45 minutes, or until the mutton is tender.
- Meanwhile, rinse the basmati rice in cold water and drain.
