Ingredients:
- 1 cup green lentils
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
