Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked Spätzle
- 1 cup of grated cheese (Swiss, Emmental, or any cheese of your preference)

- 2 tbsp of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown and caramelized.
- Add the cooked Spätzle to the skillet and toss to combine with the caramelized onions.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the Spätzle and stir until the cheese is melted and the Spätzle is evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
